    Cunningly colonial: Our orange mousse with a shot of rum is not only extremely tasty but also gets you in the right mood. This refreshing, light dessert is made in no time at all.

    Recipe for 4 servings

  • 2 x 180 g plain yoghurt
  • 8 heaped tablespoons of orange jam (ca. 500g)
  • 1 dl of rum
  • 10 tablespoons of whipped cream

  • Put the orange jam and the rum into a bowl and mix well
  • Add the yoghurt to the mixture
  • Carfefully fold in the whipped cream
  • Important: Don't stir to hard to keep the mousse light and creamy
  • Chill before serving

  • Decorate with fresh orange slices and whipped cream

  • Can also be prepared with light orange jam or Pink Grapefruit jam
  • For children, prepare the mousse without rum
