Simple and popular: Crostini are easily made and a classical part of light summer cuisine. Here we show you one variant of this starter that you can modify according to your own taste and ideas.

Ingredients:

- 1 bread, any kind will do
- 1/2 glass of Pesto Rosso and 1/2 glass of Pesto Classico
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs

Preparation:
|
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Cut the bread into thin slices, halve the slices if the bread is too large
- Spread 1 - 2 teaspoons of pesto onto the bread
- Pour a little olive oil over the bread
- Place the crostini on a baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for ca. 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven
- Decorate with fresh herbs
- Serve warm
