Sweet and spicy: If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love these apple-cinnamon pies. Especially if it's cold outsite, this dessert is a real treat when served warm. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

- Cake dough, rolled
- 8 heaped tablespoons of apple-cinnamon jam (ca. 500 g)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of double cream
- Cinnamon
- Paper or aluminium cookie moulds (ca. 6 - 8 cm Ø)

Preparation:

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Mix apple-cinnamon jam well with the double cream
- Cut out round pieces from the dough using a knife or a round stencil (about 6-8 cm)
- Put dough into the moulds (if you use paper moulds, best use two at the time)
- Fill with 1 tablespoon of the mixture per cookie
- Important: Don't fill the cookies up to the rim to prevent them from flowing over in the oven
- Sprinkle with some cinnamon
- Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven
