Terms And Conditions
The below General Terms and Conditions apply for all products offered in the Online Shop of Ottiger Spezialitäten AG. Purchasing conditions of customers shall not apply.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in Swiss Francs and exclude statutory VAT, packaging and shipping costs. Shipping costs differ depending on the means of shipment and country of origin of the customer. Prices in CHF shall be decisive for payment. Prices in other currencies are only stated as non-binding information for clients. Such foreign currency prices are based on exchange rates updated from time to time. We reserve the right to make any changes to the price.
- Terms of Delivery and Payment
By placing an order, customers commit to accept the goods. An order shall only become binding once accepted by Ottiger Spezialitäten AG. At all times, Ottiger Spezialitäten AG shall be entitled to refuse complete or partial fulfillment of the order, without the customer being entitled to make any claims. Where necessary, Ottiger Spezialitäten AG shall be able to make minor changes to the means and execution of shipment. Without need for a separate written agreement, invoices shall be settled by prepayment, credit card or Postfinance Direct Debit.
Prepayments should be transferred to our postal giro account 60-515976-8 (IBAN CH27 0900 0000 6051 5976 8), stating the order reference.
Correctly ordered and supplied goods may generally not be returned. Complaints about quantities or condition of the goods shall only be accepted within 8 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Where claims are justified, Ottiger Spezialitäten AG shall either replace the goods or issue a respective credit note. All other claims for damages shall be excluded.
- Scope of order
The minimum value of each order is CHF 20.00. Orders up to a maximum weight of 30 kg are sent out. Please contact us for larger quantities.
- Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss Law. The place of jurisdiction is Ballwil, LU, Switzerland.
